Modular Utility Plants

While modular construction has been gaining popularity in recent years, Stellar Energy has been designing, fabricating and installing modular utility plants for more than 20 years.

We build these plants in our own fabrication facility in Jacksonville, Florida, or through our trusted network of fabrication facilities around the world. As opposed to traditional field-erected construction, where the plant is built almost entirely on site, modular construction involves the fabrication and assembly of systems and components at an off-site enclosed facility.

Once completed, all utility plant components are prepacked, shipped and put together at the site. Modular construction enables a phased approach to capital expenditures. Owners can install only what they need now, without risking additional capital outlays on possible future requirements. As needs dictate, owners can easily expand and install additional modules to match the current demand.
